Featured Rooms in your accommodation offer added comfort with standard amenities like milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, a microwave, and a kettle. Guests can purchase extras like soft drinks or cereals at $2 each via a barcode in the room. These rooms provide a more comfortable and convenient stay, ideal for those looking for a bit more luxury during their visit.
Our Services
Our Accommodation Services
Our accommodation provides comfort and convenience with essentials like milk, biscuits, tea, coffee, a microwave, and a kettle in every room. Cleaning charges are included, and bedding is refreshed after stays of 2 nights or more. Longer-stay guests can request changes as needed. Extras like soft drinks and cereals are available at $2 per item, easily ordered via a barcode in the room. For stays of 7 nights or more, guests receive a credit card-sized key or fob for easy access.
EV Charging
We offer a Tesla 22kW Destination Charger (available for a fee) for guests traveling with compatible electric vehicles, ensuring convenient charging during your stay.
Breakfast
Make your own breakfast in the comfort of your room with complimentary tea and coffee. A kettle and microwave are provided for your convenience.
Spa & Swim Spa
We offer a 2.4m Spa & a separate 7.05m Swim Spa for your relaxation. Disclaimer: Both Spa & Swimspa are currently in front of the the house, not connected, and are waiting for a building permit due any moment.

Parking Space
We offer free off-street parking, providing a convenient and secure option for residents and visitors, ensuring easy access to nearby locations.
Pick Up & Drop
The city of Ballarat has two train stations. This makes it easier to hop on towards Melbourne or venture towards other Regional towns to enjoy what makes Australia tick.
